WHAT IS REMOTE TRAINING?

Remote training is a fully online program created by our trainers, completed at a gym of your choice. Mainly used for athletes out of state or too far to train at the facility. This includes:

  • Throwing

  • Resistance Training

  • Speed & Conditioning

  • Mobility

We use TRAQ Software to keep up with and customize each individual's workout. This allows our trainers to keep track of both the lifting and throwing schedule of each athlete as well as  gameplan the workouts moving forward. These workouts are the same as In-Facility training and will prepare athletes to handle the rigor of high school, college and pro programs.
