What age groups do you work with?
We currently accept athletes ages 11-12 for our Training Foundations Program. Our individualized programs are for athletes age 13 and up.
How do I sign up?
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you an intake form to be collected online and schedule your first training session!
When will my membership renew?
Our memberships renew monthly. We will collect payment on the day of the first training session with future payments approximately on the same day each month. For example, if your first training session is scheduled for the 15th, your membership will renew each month on the 15th.
Can I update my membership?
Yes! Our memberships are on a month-to-month basis and can be updated as needed. If you would like to update your frequency option or change which services you are signed up for, please notify us by email prior to your next payment being processed.
How do I pay?
Payment will be processed automatically on the same day each month with the card information that is saved on file. Our clients receive a reminder email 1-2 business days in advance in case any changes need to be made to the membership. If changes need to be made, please respond to the email prior to the renewal date.
Is there a fee to start?
There is a $100 startup fee that is applied to the first month's payment. This fee covers the cost of the initial assessment and programming.
Is there a cancellation fee?
We do not charge a cancellation fee in the event that a membership needs to be paused or cancelled. Please send us an email at email@example.com if you are planning to do so before your next payment is processed.
How do I schedule?
X2 Baseball will set up the first training session for new athletes. Once payment is collected for the first month of training, we provide access to an app where athletes can select the day and time that works best for them.
What happens if I don't use all of my training sessions for the month?
As long as you stay under a membership with us, we will roll over any unused sessions to the following billing period.
How long are the training sessions?
Throwing sessions typically take about 30-45 minutes, hitting sessions are an hour long as well as S&C sessions. Times may vary depending on what is being worked on on each specific day.
How do I view my program?
All athletes that train at our facility have access to the system that we use to track their progress, TRAQ. On an athlete's first day, they are given login credentials and can view their training information by visiting traq.drivelinebaseball.com.
